Here are some letters we have received from customers...

 

Dear Dave,

A good friend of ours over many years, Jim, was on his way last Wednesday from New York to his home outside Portland, Maine. Just before, he decided to stop at our house for a brief visit and cup of coffee.

As he pulled off I-95 the car began to misbehave badly. He nursed it to our house, and we urged him to take it directly to Oceanside. Bob responded immediately and had Kyle check it out. The problem was in the clutch (the car has been driven 200,000 miles). At this point, most garages would say, "Leave it with us, and we'll get it to you on Monday," but your team didn't. They responded to the situation, located the parts and had the car ready to go just after 6:00 PM. Kyle and Alex completed the work with professionalism and good cheer.

Jim arrived at his home outside Portland at 10:30 PM and he and his wife we on schedule to work as volunteers at Portland's Ronald McDonald House on Thanksgiving.

I'm writing now to thank Bob, Kyle and Alex for a job very well done. I know that each of them excels at what he does, but they also demonstrated a level of concern for a customer in trouble, which is increasingly difficult to find these days.

Dear Sir,

I stopped at your garage the other day and asked one of your employees if they would put air in my tires. I want to thank you! Your employee was most courteous and helpful. At 82 I find it difficult to put air in my tires. I loose more air than I get in the tire. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

Thank you so much for all your kind help.  We appreciate buying the car from you lot.  We appreciate all your attention to our cars.  We appreciate that you came to our house, plowed our driveway, started one of the cars that had a stuck steering wheel and helped unstick the trunk of the car we bought--all with a pleasant smile and wonderful generous attitude.  Thanks Again!
